Miss Bura was found hanged in her new apartment and she was believed to have committed suicide. An enormous blow to her skull might be an indication that she was murdered in another location, transported and then hanged in her new place. The landlord of her new place lives in the same house. He found her hanged when he opened the door to request the rent from Miss Renata Bura.
Miss Renata Bura is a Polish-Russian woman who was evicted from her apartment, and for whom Mete Karvak, a Turkish accomplice to Joseph Gheysens or to Francis Vermeiren arranged a social house and a social pension in Woluwe Saint Lambert.

In November 2014, a very efficient conspiracy was organized against me recently to have me evicted from my home. , most probably with the intention to have me apply for a social aid in Woluwe Saint Lambert, as Mete Karvak proposed that to me, in the days immediately after the eviction. I gave it a thought. Many month later, I briefly used his proposition and I fled after discovering blood stains all over his house.

All this is not conform to the legal procedures. I figured out that they were doing everything to impress me and to get me take irrational decisions or to have me find money and to pay it fast, for example.
I was evicted while I had an excellent relationship with the landlady and we had an agreement to postpone the payment of the rent until I succeed my business. The silent agreement which I had with her is that she would become a shareholder of my business, so that in this way I will be able to thank her during the rest of her life for everything she has done. Unfortunately, her own government has been making obstacles to my success, through which I didn't get the money sooner.
Everything leads to believe that the eviction was arranged by the building management company ImmoTrap (to whom my landlady owed arrears – related to the heating and the water supply) with the help of the companion of the landlady, Mr Herwig Bailleul, who is neither the owner or co-owner. The latter is a controlling and a greedy man who didn't know about the agreement between his wife and me, and who may have thought that I was taking advantage of his wife's good heart. He may have chosen to interfere with the contract between his wife and me, because he wants to defend his wife.
Miss Espeels has kept our agreement secret from him. She didn't want any written agreement with me, fearing that her greedy companion would find it. Her plan is to leave Mr Bailleul, as soon as she receives the rent from me. My debt towards her started in February 2005 (that is when I started investing in my own projects). The rent is 520 Euro per month and the total amount due is 66000 Euro. My difficult case was like an investment for my landlady.
When you analyze the entire eviction process, you will find that all in all, the owner (Miss Espeels) and the tenant (myself) did not participate in the whole legal case. It is therefore an eviction which was organized by outsiders who have yet another interest in mind.

I already found it very strange that the social services wrote to me on 21 August 2014 (annex_37), a few days before the hearing at the Justice of Peace (annex_38). The same social services refused to help me when I solicited them in 2000, to advance the payment of the rent when the payment of my salary was delayed. I was earning money and I offered to pay them as soon as I got my pay. They sent a registered letter with their decision not to provide help.

- The landlady is called Marie-Ange Espeels and she did not wish or request my departure by writing ;
- I was warned by a registered mail which was not expired at the moment of the eviction. Perhaps somebody was in a rush to see this happen to me ;
- They brought a moving company with a big truck, whereas in a true eviction, they put everything in the street ;
- They didn't take the fridge, the bed, the mattress, the dishware, the oven and the cooking plate, as if I was going back there one day ;
- The Bailiff has taken only the key to the apartment. He didn't take the keys of the doors of every room and the key of the main entrance door.
- A police agent, named Officer Schepers, to whom I rented the garage was not informed about the eviction on 21 November 2014. She paid to me the rent of the garage for December 2014. I immediately refunded the money to her (annex_36). She decided to quit the garage immediately
