It is with honor that I am addressing an overview for the international press of situation inside de refugee camps where the petty crimes such as burglaries that happen more frequently than we think. There is a reason to this. The refugee camps could be part of an internation network of organized crimes, but there are no statistics or research that support this fact, because the victims - who are mostly the asylum center residents - are not encouraged to file complaints with the police who could interrogate properly all the suspects.
The police can help keep track of the crimes occurring in the asylum centers by undocumented immigrants who misbehave. The involvement of the police and the records are necessary, particularly in the context of violent extremism, international terrorism, and the financing of both.
A theft happened on Friday 28 June 2019 at the Red Cross Asylum center in Tournai. A locker was violently broken open and an estimate of 600 euro worth of goods including 150 euro and medication disappeared from a medical residence. The victim is nicknamed Zaki in our public articles.

If I am addressing this press release to you, Your Honor Madame Prosecutor, it is because the victim is from Palestine, where he suffered loss of family members and his clothing business in bombings. The same happened to the KTX Textiles company of my brother in Morocco, without any bombs, for commercial reasons.
Zaki was working inside the asylum camp for a little more than one euro, and he was keeping the money aside. Everything was going fine with his life, until a young Iraqi (nicknamed Richie in our reports) joined him in the room. The latter was bringing friends from Albanië who sell drugs to him. |
|
Zaki's life has changed and he feels threatened having to share his room with someone who is a junkie and who might become violent or even kill to make a theft easy, the day when he needs more money faster.
So far, it has not been established or confirmed that Richie would have committed the theft, and there is the possibility that Richie's friends or someone else may have done so.
Zaki felt that the Red Cross may not be the most adequate for dealing with the perpetrators, because he did not choose to come to this particular asylum center, as Fedasil appointed this address to him. He also did not choose to share a room with a drug-addict, as the Red Cross appoints the beds. Zaki is prepared to take the necessary steps in this country of freedom and human rights, at least to get a refund for all the loss he suffered.

Overview for the Press
Facts Previous to Burglary on 28 June 2019
About one month ago, Zaki was concerned by the issue of medical terrorism in Belgium as well as the neglect of dental care that almost all asylum seekers have suffered. I showed him the existence of torture in prisons and murders in the Belgian hospitals on the basis of my letter to Her Excellency Maggie De Block concerning the death of Mrs Fatouma el Morabit.

It came to Zaki's awareness that the medical errors are possibly intentional and they may originate from the same conspiracy which is arming the terrorists in the Middle East. In response to all the above examples, he began to rethink the death of one of his four-year-old sons, who was probably a victim of chemical warfare in Gaza.
His child was admitted to Gaza hospital for one thing and died of another thing which was a pneumonia infection. |
|
|
Two of his other sons died during the bombing of his house in. He lost one son every four years.
Terrorism requires financing. The Red Cross is also in Gaza. Palestinian refugees said that a Hamas boss lives in Ghent (Belgium) and makes big money with a car export business to EMEA. He employs asylum seekers, and does not always pay them. He is believed to carry the proceeds from drugs, sex and illegal migration to the Red Cross in Palestine. |
I was dismayed and I just couldn't understand why anyone has to die of pneumonia in this day and age, like Mr Louis Marit, my former neighbor in Sint Stevens Woluwe, who died in 2004 of pneumonia at the UCL Saint Luc university hospital in Brussels, when tons of vaccines are available and when the Red Cross has a wonderful company named Plasma Industries Belgium (of which the company number is 0462.229.645. |
The Red Cross center for asylum seekers is holding vaccination sessions every two or three months. While it was agreed to get a vaccination every 10 years, I observed that they vaccinate the same individuals every two months, at the Red Cross in Belgium. They organized a vaccination on 25 june 2019. The refugees were supposed to stand in the line to first get a vaccination and then get their pay. They all obeyed. They made the refugees feel like they won't get a pay if they refuse the vaccination. The next vaccination is scheduled on 9 July 2019. There will come a time they will vaccinate every day.
Plasma Industries Belgium is where they produce proteins for clinical use and where they process approximately 1.8 million liters of internationally sourced plasma by pharmaceutical multinational partners, their publicity says. These proteins are used for producing vaccines. This Belgian know-how has to be encouraged and promoted with more innovations and investment. Here is why :
Blood is life |
However, when one hears "blood" one might think about the plasma and the blood which is used for producing white and black pudding (see photos below): however, how does one know that this is not the "diversity sourced" human blood?
The only threshold that remains to overcome is the fear that the blood and internationally produced plasma would be used to produce white and black puddings. I do not think that Plasma Industries would invest in such a sophisticated and expensive industrial installation only to sterilize and separate the plasma in the blood of the pigs for making the white and black saucages (like on the pictures above), and to sell them against the price around 2 euro per pair of saucage.
How can we trust that internationally sourced blood has nothing to do with the delicacy at the butcher's?
The Burglary Occurred on Friday 28 June 2019
On Friday 28 June 2019, Zaki went to the café to drink with his roommate and his Belgian girlfriend. The purpose was that she would help him solicit a tailor in the city center. The girlfriend to Zaki's roommate proposed to connect Zaki with two Belgian women over Facebook, to date one of them, at least. Zaki let himself go, but the burglary which occurred immediately afer that meeting, changed his mind.
New Facts After the Burglary of 28 June 2019
On Saturday 29 June 2019 at around noon, he shut down his Facebook account.
On Saturday 29 June 2019 he went to the police station to file a complaint against X for the burglary.
On Saturday 29 June 2019 he went to the police station to file a complaint against X for the burglary.
He has in the meantime drafted a written declaration of loss as an annex to the complaint of 29/06/2019. Click to download the document.
On Monday 1 July 2019, he had a meeting with Julie, his assistant of the Red Cross to work out a friendly settlement with the Red Cross Asylum Center. When Zaki discussed "Insurance" and "compensation" with his Red Cross Asylum Center Assistant, they said "No". The negotiation failed. The Red Cross refuses to refund be it part of the money which was stolen. They were also not helpful to investigate the theft. They were not listening or doing much about Zaki's case.
On the same day he requested a new supply of medication. He was told to request his medication during the morning hours with a prescription from the doctor. That means that he first needed to take an appointment with the doctor and it was unlikely that he will get the appointment soon enough. His body was needing the medication more and more, and he felt that the Red Cross system was punishing him also more and more. Perhaps he was seen as becoming a nuisance to "the system". Racketeering is the system in the whole of Belgium, not only at the Red Cross. |
|
Zaki was told not to speak about his problem to the rest of the refugee community where he lives. He is a businessman but also somewhat a politician, and his mind is bright even with the sedatives and the painkillers that he takes. So far, he believes that he is in a country of human rights whether you are documented or undocumented. He was trained in Hebrew and made in Israel. For more, read our letter to Their Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde on why the Red Cross does not call the police.
On Tuesday 2 July 2019, he got poisoned and he brutally collapsed at about 11 AM. An ambulance came and took him to the hospital. Read more about the circumstances of his collapse in : "Challenging the Red Cross' Humanitarian Aid".
He told me that his head began spinning all around him, when he took a moment to drink coffee and to smoke a cigarette like he always loves to do. I could not figure out if the coffee, the cigarette or something else was the culprit. |
|
In "Challenging the Red Cross' Humanitarian Aid" I have enumerated four hypothetical reasons in the case an intentional poisoning would have taken place. One of them which is worth mentioning is a video on Youtube which he sent to me to remind me of the deserts of my country Morocco, where he traveled to. As I am a big fan of the Toyota cars, I am really fascinated by the jeep or the cruiser. Toyota was my former employer and I have always been collecting photographs of their cars.

On 3 July 2019, the Red Cross drove Zaki back to the camp at around 11:30 AM. Zaki made sure he received the medical report about his case, which you will find right here below :
Zaki's life was and probably still is in danger in the asylum center of the Red Cross. He was advised to inform the police and to have a lawyer look into his case, as the medical report was not precise. The medical report is playing down the possible involvement of a third person in the poisoning.
Further medical investigations are needed to confirm or reject the premise, because at this point no link can be made to the burglary which occurred previously, unless the investigation is treated as a probable murder attempt. It must be understood that most refugees are profoundly desperate and prepared to go any length for hiding the truth about a crime.. Or must we speak in terms of an "act of survival"? We could be terribly wrong by making a link, but a simple theft can take dramatic proportions and end in a murder. This is why police involvement is a MUST HAVE in the all the refugee camps that are supported by the international community such as the Red Cross.
May I request to follow-up that this is implemented in all the countries of the world ?
Thank you Honorable Madame Bensouda, Chief Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
