With reference to my letter of 7 February 2018, to the Belgian Sovereigns and to the file for NH Hotel Group, and my letter of February 28, 2018 to the Belgian Sovereigns, concerning the Chamber of Commerce Belgium Luxembourg in Casablanca and the company Lavazza, in which I am sharing a link to letters to other Heads of State concerning the same issue, I hereby inform you of the further progress on the investigation on the loans from the Lehman Brothers Bank AG which NH Belgium toon in 1998, then called European Hotel Ventures Belgium.
I would like to share with you a number of serious findings concerning the NH Belgium case that I denounced in my letter to the Sovereigns of Belgium :
For this company, there are no annual balance sheets available for NH Belgium's results in the Central Balance Sheet Office from 2000 to 2007. Why? Are there any irregularities in the balance sheets that no one has the right to see?
|
This type of concern for Belgium is very clear in the pensions that NH Belgium never seems to have paid except in 2015, according to the annual report for 2016 (see page 5 code 160 and page 33 code 635). I find this scandalous, especially when the shareholders of NH Belgium were receiving dividends almost every year, as in 2012 and 2014.
|
NH Belgium CVBA consists of 13 hotels according to the web pages of NH Hotel Group SA. ( https://www.nh-hotels.com/ ). According to the most recent balance sheet of NH Belgium at the National Bank of Belgium, they have only 9 hotels in Belgium. In various previous balance sheets they reported having 11 hotels, but I did not find any information about the sales of any hotels.
The annual balance sheets consists of an approximate total 59 pages per report. When browsing through it you will quickly notice that apart from the assets, the liabilities and the results, there are no other real figures in it. If you view NH Belgium's most recent annual accounts (2017) in graphic form, you will see better the proportions :
On page 23 you will see a list of nine hotels belonging to the group. This group of nine hotels did not generate any costs relating to land, furniture, facilities, equipment and machinery. It looks like they have no property. The expenses (0.8% in silt green) do not even represent 1% of the total value of the company. The staff represents 0.3% (in pepper red , indicating zero point three) of the total value. However, zero is zero. This means that either NH Belgium does not employ anybody, or this company practices slavery.
The revenues amount to 0.7% in blue of the total value, and they are less important than the expenses (0.8% in silt green), it seems to avoid paying taxes. The taxes are in meadow green, and the percentage is 0.2%, and are almost invisible. To perceive the taxes better, navigate to this link and enlarge the graph.
The debts amount to 10.8 % (in emerald green), and we must think that the debt would have been caused by the shares and / or related to the loans that NH Belgium holds with its own channels and which in all make 18.7 % (in orange) of the total value of the company. In no case is this debt related to any financial institution.
The same reasoning applies to loan-related debts which amount to 10.2% (turquoise) of the total value. These are the loans that NH Belgium makes to its subsidiaries, and not the loans that NH Belgium has taken from a financial institution as required by law, even if the loans consist of equity capital of the cooperative company itself. There are no traces of financial institutions in all the NH Belgium's balance sheets. Not using the banks is FORBIDDEN everywhere in the world.
Given the absence of financial institutions, it is therefore quite possible that NH Belgium's debts only concern the loans which NH Belgium makes to its sectors. These are debts outside the company. These are debts belonging to other companies, which NH Belgium treats as its own. This is a transfer, because for NH Belgium to be able to represent a debt in its balance sheet, NH Belgium must first have taken out a loan somewhere. Well, there are no records of any borrowings by NH Belgium from anybody. This is why I wonder about the origin of the funds NH Belgium lends to its subsidiaries. This too is an issue for the police to resolve. |
In addition to all this, I find a double calculation: in my opinion, we represent the same thing twice in the same balance sheet, once in the category "financial debts" with regard to NH Belgium alone (code 42/48 page 7), and a second time in the category "debts of affiliated companies" (code 9351 page 45). There is very little difference between the amount of the company's annual base debts and the total annual base debts of the affiliated companies. That's why I suspect it's probably the same debts reported twice under a different category. In my eyes this is a serious financial fraud since the statutes of NH Belgium do not correspond with those of a financial institution, but of a hotel and catering company.
|
A financial institution is authorized to lend money. A hotel and company is not authorized to lend money, but it is authorized to invest money. However, in Belgium, they have a different understanding of what loans and capital mean. For them it is the same. Capital is not considered as an equity and as part of the asset value but as a liability. This poses big problems, when you understand capital as part of the asset value and when you want to do business in a country where the whole system understands capital as a liability.
Here is the evidence that the capital is reported in the liabilities section of the balance sheet :
In addition to all the above, I did not find a separate annual balance sheet for each of the affiliated companies to better understand the nature of the debts. It is mandatory to have an annual balance sheet for each affiliated company, especially in a cooperative.
The cash flow from the sales shows that there are no sales. The rate is 0.6% of the total value (in blue). They are not selling anything in the whole NH Belgium hotel group. I am not afraid to deduct from this that the assets and the capital do not come from the group's activity but from something else.
|
Cash flow coming from other sources and this is clearly indicated in the balance sheet under code 41, on page 5 , of which the rate is 3.7 % in the pie (above), and which is one of the highest amounts in the yearly balance sheet.
|
This group of nine hotels have no leasing costs and no purchase of equipment of any kind (see pages page 9 à 23). You will not find anything in this balance sheet, except in the part concerning the shares (see from page 20 to page 28). Page 29 is an estimate of equity risk. According to NH Belgium this risk does not exist, since the box on this page is empty.

You will find many comments attached in my analysis entitled "Did the Audit and Consulting Industry Close Their Eyes for This Client of the Lehman Brothers Bank ?" I continue the search to determine all the scenarios that have allowed this company to become a global network of high-end hotels with spectacular growth.
|
|
The locality of NH Brussels Airport Hotel, its relationship with the airport of Zaventem, and the international network of hotels evokes the possibility that it is a point of arrival for funds in cash and in black, coming from abroad, as I suspect in the file "The Godfather of Morocco" and in the file "UCL Saint-Luc, a hospital or human trafficking platform ?"
When the client does not comply with the auditor's requirements, the audit firm must alert the National Bank of Belgium and the financial authorities such as the FSMA, which supervises the auditors, in order to cover its reputation in the event of a financial scandal.
|
It is their role to maintain a healthy and prosperous financial environment for all, by monitoring each other's wealth and by removing clients who think that one's happiness is another's misfortune. This is the spirit on which the company NH Belgium was built and Leemans Kredieten too, it seems to me, on the basis of their annual balance sheets. There are no humans inside these companies.
Knowing from the inside the values and quality of Deloitte, who was my employer in the past, I find it strange that Deloitte (and PricewaterhouseCoopers) have accepted a commitment that will cost them. I am convinced that they will eventually admit that they should have never accepted a client like NH Belgium in their portfolio.
The circumstances in which Deloitte accepted the handling of such a case deserves an investigation, before a sanction, if necessary. The audit company mentioned in the narratives at the end of each annual report, in particular that the client did not publish the assignment of the role of auditor to Deloitte. There is a lack of transparency on the part of NH Belgium that Deloitte seems to have endured, and I think everyone wants to know why.
My research continues, as I said in my letter to the Sovereigns of Belgium. Given the direct link with the fake visas and the municipality of Zaventem through the file of Thai trainees of the Erasmus Mundus program at NH Hoteles in Diegem, I think I can determine the DNA behind NH Belgium and a large number of other establishments especially in catering (Krasnapolski - see below - is the headquarters of NH Belgium), distribution (Lavazza) and cosmetics (Douglas).
To determine the DNA even better, I need to start a cross-analyses with the companies mentioned in the other files such as Lavazza, Sodexo, Lyoness Cashback, Bongo/Weekendesk, among others, and whose minds are very similar to those of NH Belgium.
For example, the owner of Lavazza would be Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon, according to Daniel C Renson. He told me this at the Roadshow for Morocco-Belgium Opportunities, on 30 November 2010, organised by the Brussels Chamber of Commerce & Export Union (BECI), Brussels Export, Kamer van Koophandel Halle-Vilvoorde and the Luxembourg Belgian Chamber of Commerce in Morocco (CCBLM where Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon is the President). The thing that caught my attention is that Mr Renson also told me that Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon would also own the hotels. That's why I think of him, when analyze the balance sheets of NH Belgium.
Mr. Renson told me a lot about him, probably to encourage me to talk with him. They're both friends. Now, why should I speak with that one and not with His Excellcency Mr Lakshmi Mittal, the Executive Chairman of ArcelorMittal whose export offices in Liège were set on fire a few weeks after my visit to the Mittal Foundation? Why should I speak with Mr. Leuwenkroon and not with Dr. Amine Matta ? Why should I talk with Mr Leuwenkroon and not with the Moroccans who came to visit Belgium that day to find opportunities here? Participation in this event was not free to prevent all the Moroccan migrants in Belgium from coming to tipp-off the companies of their countries about doing business with this country. |
The following day, on 1 December 2010, there was the Halal Forum, of which the access was free for the general public and the press on the first day. On December 2, which was the B2B day , they asked 400 euro for the entrance. There was no one there. And that was the Morocco-Belgium Opportunities. That was murderous hate.
Mr Daniel Renson travelled to Tunisia with Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon in 1984. One of them was guilty of the murder of Mrs. Nabila Taoufik, a young Moroccan woman who was pushed through the window of the 6th floor of a hotel.
|
The two men were also allegedly involved in the stabbing to death of two young Algerian men in Essaouira, Morocco, in 1986. I have addressed a letter to His Excellency André Azoulay, the Advisor to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, who is also the Governor of Essaouira Province.
|
The kind like Mr Leuwenkroon and Mr Renson think that we have not understood their policy to remove Morocco and her people from the financial sources, so that they can take the money and the plans from the Moroccan people. Who do they think they are ? Do they really think the Moroccans and I will take their side ?
This friendship between Mr Daniel Charles Renson and his friend Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon, evokes the possibility that they worked together in Northern Ireland, because according to a violent theft file of the Antwerp Youth police Mr Renson would have been seen by the belligerents in Belfast.
The same file quoted His Excellency André Azoulay who is undoubtedly a very great friend in Morocco of Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon. This would explain why the former never arrested the latter for the stabbing to death of the two Algerians. Both men share between them the projects of the young people of Morocco and the money of all the countries in the world too. No normal human being will take their side.
I have the honour to include a letter to the Antwerp police concerning Mr Padraig O'Hanlon, another witness to the war in Northern Ireland who reportedly saw there the entire Renson-Leuwenkroon-Azoulay gang. Mr O'Hanlon had been shot in the head in an ambush by the Provisionals, the most violent group in Northern Ireland whose leader was a Belgian. The chief's name was Mr Roland Willemyns and he was my Dutch language teacher. |
I will circulate in Northern Ireland the photos of Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon, especially in Belfast, Londonderry, to the former Provos and the IRA. I will also ask the Antwerp police to re-examine the violent theft file to find out whether Mr Leuwenkroon put the two young thieves on a Casa-Bruxelles-Casa plane to attack the victim in the police file.
Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon is said to have travelled to Northern Ireland accompanied by a Luxembourg banker who had large sums of cash with him, and who was brutally killed, then cremated to make his body unrecognisable. I forwarded the file to His Excellency Jan Jambon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Security and Interior, with the question how many Belgians died in Northern Ireland during the unrest.
... and that's how NH Belgium became
a very large group of hotels in the world
By taking up loans from a foreign bank;
by paying foreign terrorists to bomb the office tower where the bank is;
by blaming all of this to the Muslims;
by lending the money to their subsidiary hotels;
by storing the money with the credit card companies;
and by reporting this as debts which others caused to NH Belgium
Technically, NH Belgium should be making earnings from the loans which they supply to the subsidiaries or to the affiliated companies. When it comes to the interests, I did not find traces in the balance sheet. The word "interests" is "rentestand" in Dutch, and it is not part of the annual balance sheets of the National Bank of Belgium. (model, see code 99088 and 99092 on page 38). They are not concerned with any interests in this country, like in your country, because the title of page 38 says "RIGHTS AND COMMITMENTS NOT REFLECTED IN THE BALANCE SHEET", which I highlighted in green in the illustration on the right
|
If the interests existed for the companies in this country, it would become very tricky for them to make the interests fit with the total of the assets and the total of the liabilities, which in Belgium must be equal amounts. Given that the interests for the assets and for the liabilities evolve in a different way, and that they result in a different accrual for the assets and the liabilities.
It seems to me that they are changing the facts when it comes to the financial results (page 9). On page 4, which is about the assets, they are reporting a large chunck of fixed assets consisting of shares amounting to 140 433 785 euro :
For the same fixed financial assets, they are reporting nil (in yellow), when it comes to the financial income from the fixed financial assets on page 9. No profits are made from the financial assets like the shares they said they own, but they are making money from the cash flow (in blue) :
The financial earnings come from the cash flow of which we do not know the origin.
However, on the same page 9, they are reporting the financial costs of which the amounts are very close to the financial income which we discussed earlier. For adjusting the balance to reflect an equal amount of assets and liabilities, I think that they fiddle with the "other financial costs" code 652/9, until they get their balance sheet right according to the Belgian standard.
They make the financial gains from the cash flow eventually disappear by increasing the financial costs to almost the same amount, or a little higher so to end up with a negative balance. In this way, they don't have to pay taxes.
In conclusion:
NH Belgium is a very large company which does not generate costs other than the financial costs, no income, no taxes, no pensions, which is logical as there is no activity and there is almost no staff. The company is in debt which amounts to 10.8 %, and at the same time this company somehow continues to lend money to other companies, they say in their financial report. I wonder if you find it logical to report debts, to continue lending and investing in shares. What kind of an organization is this ? It is an organization which functions according to the diagram further above which is indicating that the profits are made with a gun in one hand and a bag full of money in the other hand.
Morocco seems to have accumulated many people who function like this and who have been driven out of Northern Ireland. With the money that they have accumulated in this way, they have managed to cover positions of responsibility in my country, and they are using their position to delay the progress in Morocco.
|
It is this "human trafficking" detail that they have in common with NH Belgium. When the affairs of a very large number of Thai and Philippine women broke out in Belgium, this mafia settled in Morocco. Now I no longer wonder if Mr Leuwenkroon is the Godfather of Morocco.
|
To help the police identify Mr Lucien Leuwenkroon, Mr François Leemans and the activities of this double personality, I am in the process of preparing a profile document concerning him, as the enemy of the people.
|
The file being too big for one person, I wish to set up a team which helps me in the research and the reconstruction of the scenarios of fraud in several countries in the world. To this end, I have the honour to attach a Memorandum of Understanding to complete the NH Belgium and other investigations
|
For running tourism training programs we have plans to create a Diamond Life Tower. Most of the details are in the letter to His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco. Please discover more about the mansion on this page.

I would appreciate a close collaboration with the expat community of the United States of America in Europe, to found together the Center for Moroccan International Alliances. The Greek, the Turkish, the Italian and the Congolese immigrants suffered together with the Moroccans so much in this country, and I have mentioned them in my blog article about the education in Belgium.
For avoiding the same mistakes in the future, which was to depend on Belgium for the education of our children, we also innovate to bring the education to a multidimensional level. Allow me to share the respective letter which I sent to the Minister of Education of the Hebrew State, His Excellency Naftali Bennett, for building villages dedicated to educating a multicultural youth in the Middle East, regardless of their religious background. |
I have worked and met with many US expats in Belgium, who to my surprised also suffered. The trailing spouses were not awarded any work permit, for instance, and in this way, they were losing income, even if the company was keeping their living standard sufficiently high. They were mostly housed in superb real-estate. It is the kind of real estate in which I would like to host the Center for Moroccan International Alliances.
The price of the mansion is 1 350 000 Euro (one million three hundred and fifty thousand). The current total budget for promoting the public and private partnerships with the universities to produce the Allah Ghaleb book and to start "From Mawazine to Panama Papers" is 780 000 Euro. |
Any donation big or small, starting from 5 (five) Euro will bring us closer to our goal, which is to eradicate violent Islamist extremism. You can donate online or pay directly on the following bank account on my name Naima Mouali : IBAN BE08 0003 5445 8713.
Please mention “Diamond Life Mansion”. You will receive a pro forma letter confirming the amount and a statement for the fiscal authorities from the Center for Moroccan International Alliances as soon as it is established (3 to 7 business days).
Thank you ever so greatly for your attention and for your kind support, Your Excellency Donald Trump, The President of the United States.
Yours sincerely,
