Susceptible of charges for high treason against the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Kingdom of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, the Russian Federation, Chechnya and the Ukraine, Laos, Vietnam, France, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Turkey, Armenia, Iran, Palestine and Israel, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and Scandinavia.
The list of countries can become much longer:
1. if suspect is found guilty of supporting violent Islamist extremism through finance, recruitment, ideology, coaching, training, brainwashing and hate preaching.
2. if suspect is found guilty of endangering the world financial system with counterfeited and illegal currency systems, false trading on financial markets.
Susceptible of an international arrest warrant with immediate effect
Susceptible of the capital punishment in at least 7 countries of which the names are withheld. Four of these countries practice public hanging or beheading.
